2015 marks a milestone for The Limousine Line. This year, they celebrate 20 years of providing a first class chauffeured transport service in Sydney and across Australia.

Starting out as J.A’s Hire Car Service in 1995, John Aquilina moved from being a taxi operator to owning and operating his first Hire Car.  Within a year, that grew to two hire cars. 20 years later, the fleet has expanded to include hire cars, Small Group Tourist Vehicles and Specialised 4WD Tour vehicles. Services offered have expanded to include co-ordination of group and event transportation and fulfilling specific vehicle and service requirements.

“When I started my Hire Car business, I had acquired a number of loyal customers who specifically requested a personal chauffeur service.  It became increasingly apparent that there was a gap in the market for personalised transport solutions for both individuals and the corporate market.  My clients enjoyed the peace of mind that their unique personal transport requirements would be fulfilled safely, punctually and professionally.” said John.

20 years on, little has changed in regards to the clients’ need for tailored and personalised transport solutions. Whether it is an airport transfer that requires a driver to deliver more than just a passenger to their destination, corporate VIPs on a time critical roadshow, or a multi-day bespoke regional tour, the detail and planning beforehand provides fantastic outcomes on every occasion.

In his years’ operating a chauffeured transport and tourist service, John has learnt that these outcomes cannot be achieved through online computer based booking systems that have no human interaction. Together with his wife Rita and his team of drivers, The Limousine Line is dedicated to providing a full customer service tailored to the specific needs of the traveller, from the booking process to the completion of the hiring.

The Limousine Line recognises that research continues on vehicle impact of greenhouse gas emissions. We have always taken pre-emptive actions to reduce our fleets’ impact on the environment by using alternative fuelled and Euro5 standard vehicles.

Our new emphasis is communicated with our new logo, highlighting our continued support on ways to make a positive effect on the environment. This depicts the way forward as we move in an ever evolving world of green technology, using vehicles that are more fuel-efficient with less harmful emissions. The updated logo incorporates the familiar gold corporate colour and our values of “luxury vehicles, superior service and affordable rates”. This has been part of the company’s identity since its inception almost 20 years ago. Our values have not changed. The new logo design has been applied across all our marketing and communications.
